Campaign Financial Statement Reports (CFSR) will incorporate the following features:
1. Allow Public
user to view reports such as:
a. Committee registration information (current and
historical)
b. Contributions made to the committees by an individual
2. Allow Committee
Chairperson to register a Committee
a. Create Login b.
Run reports
3. Allow Committee
Treasurer, Deputy Treasurer and designated data entry staff to submit financial
activities of the committee
a. Create Login
b. File and amend financial activity
information
4. Allow Business Administrator to manage and monitor Committee details
5. Allow Audit staff to monitor and manage Public and Private campaign financial
data.
The CFSR is designed to collect and maintain committee registration and financial
disclosure data as well as allow public user to generate reports based on the latest
information submitted by the committees as a core components. It will also maintain
historical information about the committee registration. It will also incorporate
special business functionality needed to implement legislative mandates of CEP.
